AltWoke respects copyright. If you believe material on the platform infringes your copyright, send a notice to dmca@altwoke.com including:

• Your contact information.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The URL of the material on AltWoke you are asking us to remove.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We review valid notices promptly and will remove or disable access to infringing material, and notify the affected contributor, who may submit a counter-notice. We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
